Reid’s Wellness is a space to heal through reflection. After suffering grief and burnout this blog was created from experience. It offers essays from someone walking the path of self healing. These writings give me an opportunity to pause, to notice, to feel and to discover. I hope they find you in a moment when you need them, and offer you some solace, connection, belonging and an opportunity for you to discover yourself.
I am at the beginning of my journey which means you’ll be with me whilst I analyse and try to understand my past and start digging into my personality traits to discover my authentic self. After being a people pleaser my whole life, it feels like I have no idea who I am or why I say yes, and that’s scary.
